Payment Options
1. Online Credit/Debit Card/UPI Payments
Visa, Master and UPI payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. You do not need to worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands as your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information being passed to us. In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue an authorization code and confirmation of the transaction completion using the online payment gateway.
2. Internet Banking
You can also make payments for your membership through net banking options and the amount will be debited automatically from your account.
3. Transaction Confirmation
You should not take any action based on the information provided on the website until you receive confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations received by email, if you do not receive confirmation of your transaction within the stipulated time period, please first check your “Spam” or “Junk” folder to verify that it has not been sent in the wrong direction, and if it is still not found, please contact us at [EMAIL_ADDRESS].
4. Cancellation and Refund
You can cancel your membership by sending us an email within 24 hours of logging in. The refund will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation request and is subject to receipt of the refund by the service provider. If we have received payment through a valid credit card, it will be credited back to your credit card. Payments made using any other type of payment will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 30 days from the date of cancellation. All refunds will be processed subject to the refund being processed by the concerned payment service provider.
