Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Bihar Bhumi Seva, a brand of BIHARI BHUMI SEVA CONSULTANCY PRIVATE LIMITED.
Service Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation of a service under the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests must be made before the service process has been initiated
- Once the service request has been assigned to our team or processing has started, cancellation may not be possible
- For services involving government processes (such as Mutation, Parimarjan, etc.), cancellation is not allowed once the application is submitted
Time Frame for Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be raised within 2–4 hours of payment or before service execution begins
Requests can be made through our customer support or official contact channels
Non-Cancellable Services
The following services are generally non-cancellable once initiated:
- Land document verification
- Mutation / Parimarjan applications
- Document download services (Khatiyan, Deed, Map)
- Any service where work has already started or completed
Cancellation by Bihar Bhumi Seva
We reserve the right to cancel any service in the following situations:
- Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer
- Technical or legal limitations
- Unavailability of required data or service in a specific area
In such cases, eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
